RULES AND REGULATIONS:
MECHANICS
- All participants must have and exclusively use a valid PlayID Account for registration and during the tournament.
- Players must have at least a character in C-Level Class Advancement to participate in the tournament.
- NO Registration/Tournament Fee.
- Players/Teams will use their OWN Accounts. The PlayID Account used must be registered to the participating player.
- Each match round will have a ban-pick phase (character only)
- Both teams will have a shared pool, if they ban a character it is also banned on their team.
- No duplicate character will be allowed in this tournament.
- Registered teams must consist of 3 members with a designated team captain.
- Titles must be disabled by each player.
- Pets must be disabled by each player.
- Rune sets must be disabled by each player.
- A maximum of 8 teams per location will be accepted.
- Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All teams must adhere to the rules and procedures to participate.
- Overflow teams will be designated as backup teams.
RULES
- If a player/team becomes a Qualifier Champion, all individual members of that team are ineligible to participate in any additional tournaments.
- All players are expected to maintain sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Any misconduct, including behavior towards tournament admins, will result in penalties.
- The Playpark GCC Team reserves the right to modify the regulations before the tournament commences. While players will be notified of any changes, they are responsible for understanding all regulations thoroughly.
- Minimum Age and Residency: All participants must be legal residents of the Philippines and be at least 18 years of age, or have explicit parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- Dispute and Protest Procedure: Any formal protest against a match outcome or rule violation must be submitted to the Tournament Organizer within 15 minutes of the match completion. All decisions by the Playpark GCC Team are final.
- Hardware and Equipment: For the Onground Finals, players will use provided PCs and monitors. Players are permitted to bring their own keyboard, mouse, and headset, subject to inspection by the Tournament Organizer.
- Players are required to be punctual for their matches. If a team or player is unreachable at the start time of their match, Playpark GCC Team may, at their discretion, grant additional time before declaring forfeiture of the game(s).
CODE OF CONDUCT
All Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and maintain respect for the Tournament, Tournament Group, and all staff and members thereof, as well as other Players and spectators. Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, honesty, and fair play. Any Player behaving inappropriately or in violation of the Code of Conduct, or not competing in compliance with these Rules, as determined at the discretion of PlayPark (or if delegated by PlayPark, the Tournament Organizer), are subject to immediate disqualification from the Tournament, future participation in the Tournament, and forfeiture of potential Prizes. Behavior that is considered to be inappropriate and in violation of the Code of Conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Cheating, colluding with other Players, hacking, using exploits, or any other behavior aimed at obtaining an unfair advantage or disrupting the operation of the Tournament Event.
- Impersonating any person or entity, including any PlayPark, Tournament Organizer, or Tournament Event officials, forum leaders, guides, hosts, employees, or agents, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, bullying, intimidating, excessively shouting, using vulgar language.
- Transmitting or facilitating distribution of content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy, infringes on intellectual property rights or publicity rights, or is objectionable, including wearing or using any apparel, accessories, or equipment that violates the foregoing.
- Inappropriate or unwanted behavior towards other attendees, comments, photography, or physical contact.
- Violence, threats of violence, or any activity that is immoral, unethical, disgraceful, or contrary to common standards of decency.
- Engaging in conduct determined by PlayPark and Tournament Organizer which may reflect unfavorably on PlayPark or its partners.
- Promote or advertise third party content without PlayPark and Tournament Organizer’s express prior written approval.
- Intentionally disconnecting or quitting during play, except as otherwise requested by Tournament Organizer or Tournament Event Organizer.
- Doing anything that interferes with the ability of other users to enjoy playing the Game, participating in a Tournament Event, or that materially increases the expense or difficulty of PlayPark, Tournament Organizer, or Tournament Event Organizers in maintaining the Game or Tournament Event for the enjoyment of all its users. This includes impeding or disrupting the normal flow of a Tournament Event by failing to obey any rules of event venues or instructions from PlayPark, Tournament Organizer, or Tournament Event Organizer staff.
- Promoting or encouraging any illegal activity, including hacking.
- Possessing any firearms or weapons.
- Using, possessing, distributing, or selling any illegal or controlled substance at a Tournament Event. Players may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while participating in a Tournament Event. Players with prescribed medication may use such medication as instructed by a medical professional.
- Gambling or betting on a Match, including on its outcome, and gambling or betting of any kind.
- Violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
- Violating any other terms or policies communicated by PlayPark, Tournament Organizer, or Tournament Event Organizers from time to time, including the Game’s EULA.
- Engaging in any other behavior deemed by PlayPark and Tournament Organizer to be inappropriate or otherwise tampers with gameplay.
FAIR PLAY
- Players are strictly prohibited from using any form of hacking, mods, or exploits. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate disqualification and restriction from participating in future events.
- The Code of Conduct must always be followed.
- Macros are strictly prohibited.
- Rune sets must be disabled by each player.
- Titles must be disabled by each player.
- Pets must be disabled by each player.
- Each team member must use a unique character during a game. For instance, it is not permissible for two players from the same team to use Decanee simultaneously.
- Matches will only be restarted at the GMs discretion. In the event that a player is found to have broken a rule listed above, the game(s) will be forfeit in which it was used.
TEAM LINE UP AND SUBSTITUTES
- No substitutes allowed! Teams must stick with their registered team line up for the entire tournament duration
LOBBY & BANNING INFORMATION

- Prohibited Character: The Iris character is automatically prohibited from participation.
- Ban/Pick Pool: Both teams share a common character pool for banning and picking.
- Banning Phase: The team listed on the top half initiates the ban phase, alternating turns until each team has banned 3 characters (total 6 bans).
- Selection Phase: Teams will then alternate turns to choose their character and class.
TECHNICAL ISSUES AND DISCONNECTION
- In the event of a disconnection, the game will proceed without interruption. No resets will be granted for disconnections during a game.
- Players who experience disconnection before the match will be granted up to five minutes. Additional time may be provided at the discretion of Playpark GCC Team.
- If a disconnected player fails to rejoin within the allotted time, the match will be declared a forfeiture in favor of the opposing team.
